Licensed, with a condition
A B-2 covers it if fixtures stay where they are — new tile, vanity, toilet, tub or shower in the existing locations, flooring, paint. Moving the toilet, adding a circuit for a heated floor, or expanding the footprint is beyond a B-2. (§7057.5)
